2. Data we process

a) When visiting this website

Server log data (IP address, timestamp, requested page, user agent) to operate the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The site sets a technically necessary session cookie (e.g. for the language selection). No tracking or marketing cookies are used. Fonts are served via Bunny Fonts (Bunny Way d.o.o., EU) without persistent storage of your IP address.

b) When using the Service

• Pipedrive data: company ID, user ID, name and email of users and — with the activity mirror enabled — references to deals/contacts/organizations (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Social media accounts: account IDs, display names, profile images and OAuth access tokens for LinkedIn and Instagram. Tokens are stored encrypted.
• Content: post drafts, media and scheduling data you create, plus metrics provided by the platforms (impressions, reactions, etc.).

3. Recipients and third-country transfers

To provide the Service we transmit content to the APIs of Pipedrive OÜ (EU), LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company (EU/US) and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (EU/US). LinkedIn and Meta may transfer data to the US based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. Hosting is provided by Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany/Finland).

4. Retention

Account and content data are stored for the duration of the contract. When the app is uninstalled, tenant data is deleted. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). Contact: hello@postrive.net.
